Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I'm 18. I've just recently started to lift again after a few years (2). Its been about 3 weeks and i've gone from 18%bf to 12%. I'm actually pretty concerned about this and what some insight...so...insight welcome. Regular standard diet. 3parts protein, 2parts carb, 1part fat. I do cardio reguarly and don't take steriods or nothing. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 118 | that's not a good diet c/p/f % 50/30/20 What are your goals. I think i'd shed fat like that too if I just started lifting and ate 50% of my diet from protein. 3+2+1= 6 protein=3 3/6= .5 .3 is better

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | well man most likely you are getting in better shape because of the gym. Dont sweat it you seem to have the diet and training pretty sorted out. Lowering bf% is good and as long as you feel good (not overly tired, sick) then youre ok |
