Default New guy

I'm 18. I've just recently started to lift again after a few years (2). Its been about 3 weeks and i've gone from 18%bf to 12%. I'm actually pretty concerned about this and what some insight...so...insight welcome.

Regular standard diet. 3parts protein, 2parts carb, 1part fat. I do cardio reguarly and don't take steriods or nothing.

that's not a good diet

c/p/f %

50/30/20

What are your goals.

I think i'd shed fat like that too if I just started lifting and ate 50% of my diet from protein.

3+2+1= 6
protein=3
3/6= .5

.3 is better

Welcome! And I agree that a much more standard 40/40/20 split would be better.

well man most likely you are getting in better shape because of the gym. Dont sweat it you seem to have the diet and training pretty sorted out. Lowering bf% is good and as long as you feel good (not overly tired, sick) then youre ok
