Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Hey guys, how's everybody? I'm new to this forum but I'm already starting to like it. My name's Chris, 24 yrs, 6.6' and right now at about 265 lbs. I decided to hit the gym after I noticed that my weight in fact my lifestyle was going to shits, you know the beers, cigarettes, junk food, etc. So I said goodbye to all of that and started to work out. During those 2 weeks I dropped 10 lbs (thats with hydroxycut, a different diet, and alot of cardio and some lifitng) The good thing is that I'm actually enjoying this new routine and I'm fully committed to it. My questions. 1. What do you think would be the best weight lifitng routine for now, I'm mainly concerned about the chest, arms, back and shoulders. 2. Second, when does creatine come into play? if at all I did get some advice from a couple sources but never nothing solid. Thanks for any suggestions Chris |

| Soldier In Progress | welcome to the site man ![]() #1 ) Good routines are in the Exercise/Training sections ... some are advanced, but people there can help you with all the specifics of your regimine. #2 ) Supplement section has a topic on CEE ... the sliced bread of creatine. Im still a monohydrate user, but it's a little more tricky and just as good of results IMO.
