Hello everyone,

I have been dieting over the course of the past year to drop from 341lbs to 218. I have recently joined a gym and I am looking to start a workout routine to start bulking up for 2 reasons 1 to tone my body up and lose the fat that is lingering. I really have no clue as to what would be a good routine. If anyone would be willing to maybe layout a good routine for me including reps, weight(or way to determine correct weight), what parts to do what days. I would really appreciate any help I may be able to recieve from the group here as I have been told its a great place to learn. I will be using 100% whey protien 2 times daily along with my current low carb diet as I do not want to abandon what has helped me lose 123lbs. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to any suggestions I may recieve.

First off great job on the weight loss! :nosthumbs That's pretty much a whole person you dropped off so you obviously have been doing the right things. I'd suggest that you start a thread in the training section so we can guide you into a program that will work for you. Put in as much info as you can including the actual amount of time you have to workout ie. free days, hours. Anyway welcome to the site we're thrilled to have you join us.
