Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10  |  Just Wanted to Say HI! Hi, I am new to the forum. I have a thread in the Over 30 forum, but never officially introduced myself. My name is Brenda. I am 49 and began working out in late May. I am doing Great, and have the help of one of the forum members here that I followed over here.  Just could not let him get away! I needed him still. I am looking forward to meeting everyone here and looking the best I can with the help of Dawg and others that are willing to help me. I won't be much in the line of helping others yet, but I am a great modivater and try to give all the support and encouragement to those that need it, deserve it, and want it. It just won't be in the line of advise. Not for awhile, but when I get good at this watch out! You will all be putting the :whorepost for me in your replies! I am excited about becoming a member here, and looking forward again to meeting everyone! HAVE A GREAT DAY! Brenda |
