I'm the new Controlled Labs rep on the forum, and it occured to me that it might be rude to just start posting without introducing myself ![]() Summary / About me: I started seriously lifting around 3 years ago and my dream was to be 200+ lbs and fairly lean without AAS / PH / PS. I recently hit 250lbs without AAS / PS / PH and I was surprised how well my joints and Mt. Bike held up to the weight. With the exception of energy levels and neck/shoulder pain, I feel and look the best I ever have. I also recently had a checkup with my doc, and I've decided my next goal is 260lbs @ 12-14% before cutting / maintaining / enhancing, with a long-term goal of around 240lbs @ 8% or less BF.Age: 27 Sex: Male Height: 6ft Weight: 248-250 Bodytype: Ecto Progress Photos: http://technologyorgasm.com/upload/130-243.jpg Measurements: Neck: 16.5Prohormone/Steroid use: None. I did a few clean cycles of 6-OXO, which overwhelmingly is NOT considered a PH/PS/Steroid. The cycles were cut short due to unpleasant side effects around week 2-3. Training experience: I was 6ft, 130lbs at age 19 when I joined the military. By age 24, not only was I a weak, out-of-shape 175lbs, but my body felt like shit, and my joints hurt. So in the last 3 years I went from a out-of-shape 175lbs to a leaner 243lbs. Injuries: Left neck / shoulder / trap pain possibly related to 2003 (?) when I flipped a 4-wheeler.Training Schedule/Protocol: 5 days a week, with a 4 x 8-12 rep range. Workouts usually last around 1 to 1.5 hours. Usually 1RM monthly... but haven't 1RM lately due to injury.Cardio Schedule/Protocol: Current supplements: Bulk WPC Protein powderCurrent "Budget" Maintenence Diet: 400g + Protein daily, around 200g from Whey Protein Prescription/Recreational drugs: None at this time.
