The forum over there is a complete joke. I'd just like to say that I will be posting here regularly from how on. This may be a smaller forum but there are a lot of good members giving great information here. I would just like to introduce myself. I am 16 5'10'' 160lbs. I have been working out for exactly 5 months and have gained 30lbs of solid mass. I am on my 4th week of 8 Weeks to Super Mass that is on the front page of the site and I have gained 6 pounds in the first 3 weeks of the program.
