I think I was invited a long time ago, but it was during the school year, and 4 AP classes+part time job+track= no new forums, lol.

I'm not that intelligent when it comes to bodybuilding, unfortunately. I haven't even really gone through http://hypertrophy-research.com/.

I know a lot about strength training, though, and I have a couple of ideas about how to combine the two together in overly complex ways. :bigthumbu

I really want to win state next year in the discus or shot put (most likely to be done in the discus).

Little H, that's unnecessary.

I just got back from track camp. There were about 15 throwing coaches for 40 throwers. It was a great experience, and I learned a ton. I also got to watch Christian Cantwell throw a few over 72' without really psyching up or anything.

I should be able to start posting now.
