I'm perplexed that you mentioned tai chi in the context of everything else. Also, it's pretty rare to find a taijijuan practitioner who would participate on a bodybuilding forum, as most internal martial artists I've spoken to feel that excessive weight training can lead to far too much external developement, and they don't seem to make a connection between the two practices. I have my own opinions on this, however, I do not practice taijijuan myself. Or, maybe you were joking?
