and I have two less moobs on my chest! :P Yes, the Navy finally paid to have my surgeries done and I am happy about it.

Say, is skelooth still around? I am disenfranchised with the fat loss forums at bodybuilding.com...since it's now full of teenagers giving each other bad advice.

that seems pretty standard for the "other" forum. Skel has been lurking mostly these days. Put a bug in his ear and get him back to his usual self, thus far we've been unsuccessful.

He and I both have some work ahead of us. I gained some unwanted weight while bulking, so I have to get a lot of fat off myself.

Ah, hey KoC, about time the navy got on that. When you say "surgeries" do you just mean each pec or is/was there more?

Nah, as in the chest was the first surgery of about 4. Now it's time for my abdomen, but I want to lose about 75 lbs. before the end of July when the surgery is scheduled to go down.

Dr. Helling said he won't do that until the stomach surgery...something about allowing the current incisions to heal totally before uprooting the tissue again.
