Hey all, new member joined a couple of days ago. I came from another site that I have frequented for the last couple of years. I went through a transformation a while back however after some things came up in life I feel off the wagon and went back to square one. I have been back to the lifestyle for the last 8 weeks or so and am still going strong.

I look forward to learning from the many others on the board.

Hey Jason great to have ya here! Let's get ya back to where you were then blow that out of the water!! Your not really back at square one because of the beauty of muscle memory you'll be looking good in no time. Welcome to IronMass.
