Used to be pretty uneasy about life, but after some self-analysis, I realized most of the reasons I've been so uneasy until lately was due to the fact I abused my body with junk foods and no excersize. I joined here because there are lots of people stuck in the same boat/were in the boat, and I hope to get into the community aspect of the board. |
