Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Hi guys! Just saw that introduction forum, so I thought I'd introduce myself ![]() My name is Sebastien, I'm a 21yo Quebecer (Canada) and I'm training for 2 years and a half, being serious about my routine/sets/reps for the past year and half and with my diet/caloric intake/macro ratio for the past 6 months or so. And please remember, being Quebecer, I've always spoken french at home, so I do my best and please apolozige for the mistakes I may make... I started being worried about my weight when I was around 14 years old, weighting almost 170 pounds at ~5'4" with 20+ %bf. I then decided to drop weight, but I dropped it way to fast and was skinny by the end of the year. In fact, I lost about 35 pounds in 3 months. I was then at 5'4-5" @ 135 pounds and wasn't still satisfied with myself. At the time, I still thought I looked fat, but in fact, I looked skinny, very out of shape. It's weird how our mirror image may be deformed in our head when we don't have self-esteem... I stayed the same for about 2 years, then I start gaining A BIT of weight (it was normal, i was growing up after all...). I finally deciced to start training at 18yo, weighting 169 pounds @ 6'3", completely out of shape. All the kids of my age were benching at least 135 pounds, and I could barely bench 75 pounds. I then told myself I'll have to do something with my body, and it's what I did... I start learning about training, lifting 4-5 days/week, eating like a horse (for my weight) and finally telling me that I had to ignore what people might say about me. I wanted to do it for me, and only for me. Now, 2 years and a half later, I've kept at it, gained 60 pounds and bench 335 x 2, with only the help of good diet/training/rest and basic supplements. I'm including a picture of my evolution, first pic being 16yo @ 160, second 20 yo @ 200 and the last one, being 21yo @ 220 pounds: ![]() I'm very interested in learning about bbing, from biochem to training. I'd like to compete one day, but being 6'3", I'll have to fill in my frame a lot... We all have the right to dream, no? ![]() I'm now running a X-Factor log for Molecular Nutrition, there's the link: MN X-Factor @ 1250mg/day for 40 days LOG -= Redvision =- I'll do my best to help others if I can and if you have any question about me, please feel free to ask! Keep it up everyone! Redvision

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 668 | Really great to have you aboard bro! And yeah, I love to see more Canadians coming on here, theres a really good track record when it comes to us! Of course i'm the epitome of greatness in this community, and i'm Canadian. If you don't know me well enough to know for sure yet, i'm occasionally very arrogant in a playful manner. ;D But for real, I'm just saying that backup statement so some will believe it and not feel totally jealous of me. ![]() EDIT: I like to call it 'false arrogance' and I practice it in 'real life' a lot too, it yields me some pretty entertaining results sometimes when used around strangers, but its often so insanely blatant that they are really skeptical but not totally sure. ![]() |
