Hey I'd like to know how many days is it better to train per week.
I have been practicing another sports and we had 6 days of training there, i think it's too much for gaining some mass.

This depends on alot of different things, what kind of training your doing, what your goals are, genetics, etc.. check around the board, tons of info here, and any questions just ask
