Hey, my name's Shereen, and clearly, I'm new.

I'm not necessarily interested in a lot of muscle gain, as I've got a fair amount of muscle already (or at least, as much as I want right now), but my problem is the layer of fat around said muscle. Hopefully this forum will give me ideas on how to get my body looking the way I want it to!

Hey ShereenJ welcome to IronMass! Great to see another Edmontonian join up! There are actually a bunch of us here at IM from either Calgary or Edmonton so we can bitch about the winter weather together. Anyway, lot's of great advice to be had here on fat loss the proper way and if you can't find it reading the articles just ask, lot's of expert's here can guide you in the right direction.

Thanks! Yeah, the weather's always fun here. haha. Although it's pretty warm right now. I'm diggin' it. Especially 'cause I don't drive, so I'm always outside.
I've already found a bunch of stuff that's going to help me out with fat loss. It's also awesome to read everyone's success stories. It's totally encouraging.

Ya this is much better then the -30 stuff we were getting..lol. Great to hear your finding some helpful stuff, check out the IMPC contest if you want to see some inspiring transformations. By the way where did you hear/read about IronMass?

No kidding. Buses + cold weather = BAD. haha.
I'll definitely check that out. And I heard about it from nexopia.com's health and fitness forum. Was just looking for tips, and was recommended here. I'm glad I was!
