Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0  |  Hi iam new to the team and my problem Hi all ,iam ninja from singapore iam krzna's childhood buddy and want to do the same thing he did . iam like 120 + kg now and with not a very good eating habbit in the sense..i dont eat a lot ..... to start of with is like i want to become like how krzna was before putting on muscle .....i want to go on to atleast loose 40 + kg and to get in good shape ...this is not impress anyone ..just for myself and just myself .... Its like a want to prove a point to myself that iam capable of doing things and due to this weight i have lost conidence in myself for doin anything and some what become a recluse ..which i was never before untill now ... i am new i need all u guys with a suggestions to help me bring down my body to that target which as of now i have fixed ...i might want to reduce even further once start reducing  so i am confused want all u guys to help me out i promise to be strict and will folow the diet and al the stuff... plsss guys help me out krzna u too ...i trust u regards ninja |
