Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | Hi, I'm Bill and I just wanted to introduce myself as being a first timer here at IronMass. I've been training for two and a half years now and am currently 2.5 weeks out from my first competition the NPC Show ME Naturals. I started training again after more than a decade of being pretty physically inactive and pretty much being a burn out pot head. Luckily I have been sober for the last 2.5 years and have been hooked on bodybuilding ever since. Since February I have been training under the guidance of Derek Charlebois from Team Scivation. I did one month on their Lean Mass Gains training and diet. Then Started my precontest using their Cut Diet and Cut Diet training. Needless to say I'm in the best shape of my life at 34 and chomping at the bit to get onstage and compete. I am by no means finished with my prep and know that I can and will make some great improvements up until showtime. I enjoy following alomg with others' training logs, as their progress and focus is inspirational to me and gives me another notch in the intesity to achieve. I'll be starting a training journal soon to track my progress and keep me on point. I love getting insights from other athletes as I'm still fairly new to the game. I started training weighing in at a lanky 145 lbs. Now I'm 179 down from 193 at the beginning of my precontest and can't wait to get better everyday. Thanks for having me here at IronMass. I hope to meet a lot of virtual trainng partners and have the camerademi (sp) of the Golden Agers.

I'll definately post some pics, hopefully I have some new ones from tomorrow night's posing practice. Right now I'm doing pretty good, Just working on Shredding everything up. Quads, glutes and ham are holding the most fat for now. I'm going to get them sliced and diced by showtime. It's my first show, but I really want to get super shredded and do some damage. Also, MacTech, congrats on kicking the weed. I must admit i have a new addiction besides training, Watermelon Xtend mixed with VasoXplode. ![]() Again thanks for the warm welcome.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | Here are some shots taken tonight at posing practice. I am still working on setting my legs properly. That's probablt the main ting for me to achieve in my posing. Today was leg day. I had a great workout short rest periods and mega burn. I'll be starting a training log soon. These pics are from 16 days out.
