Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | hey, i'm new to this, my goal is to put on a noticable amount of muscle, i've done weight lifting before but have only ended up injuring myself,my shoulders are stiff suffering due to injuring them, i weigh about 60kg (i don't know how many pounds that is), i have light (vertually no) muscle, i have narrow shoulders to, i increase in strenght put can't seem to put any muscle on what so ever, any advice that could help me put muscle on would greatly be appreaciated, thanks. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Welcome to Ironmass Alex. I moved your post to your own thread so it wouldn't be lost. Sounds like your problem is diet and lack of proper warm up. Read the stickies in the nutrition section and look up rotator cuff exercises. You won't gain diddly squat without a proper diet and a solid workout program. |
