Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0  |  Hey there Hey guys and gals,i'm new to the site thought i'd say hello to everyone and introduce myself. Name's Hagan used to be into lifting hardcore a few years ago,kinda lost intrest and had a layoff of 2 years. I'm just now getting back into it and feeling alot better. Started out weighing 230 about 10 weeks ago. First I curbed my diet by laying off the junk food. Got down to 205 and started hitting the iron. Now i'm at a trim 190. I need to lose about 10 more pounds to be back to my o'l self |
