Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12   |  Hey there Hello everyone - Spaceclown directed me to this forum (don't hold that against me), so I thought I'd say hello. Been bodybuilding for about three years now. Used a variety of training schemes - volume, HST, German Volume, DoggCrapp, and now back to volume again - mainly for stress relief! I'm 5'11'' and bounce between 221 and 225lbs, at 19% bf... married, two kids, yadda yadda - OH! And a HUGE Boise State Bronco Fan!! |
