Hey everybody.

My name is Adam, aka Scheizekopf.

I post mostly on BB.com.

I've been lifting off and on for about 6 years now. I got really serious about my nutrition and lifting back around the beginning of this year. I used to be really fat and weighed over 300lbs. Over a period of about a year I cut down 130lbs.

I just came off an SD cycle. I'm in week 3 of PCT and just started Activate. Have a log if anybody cares:
