Sounds like you have a pretty packed schedule. It can be tough to get time, or find the energy to exercise when things are so busy in your life. Carring around extra weight only adds on to how tired you will be. If you are 30 lbs overweight, imagine how much more tired you would be at the end of the day if you had to walk around carring a 30lb backpack the entire day. If time is really tight at the moment, and it is nearly impossible to lift weights, you may want to consider losing some weight through diet first. Slowly cut back your calories over time until you notice a difference. (clothes fit more loosly) This can be done by simply taking smaller portions then you normal would at each meal. (obviously avoiding junk food, or high calorie crap) If you can force yourself to get some exercise a brisk 30 to 60 minute walk first thing in the morning will help speed up your metabolism, and speed the process up that much more. | |
