Hey, how are you guys doing?

My name's Geoff, I'm a Division III football player at a small college here in Michigan. I'm just signing up to this forum to see another place that's full of knowledge. I'm from bb.com also, but spent most of my time on the Misc. there. Here, I plan on being much more active in my lifting conquests and my learning on bodybuilding and nutrition in general (though until I graduate I will be much more focused on being a POWERbuilder with a huge emphasis on the power part). Good to see everyone here

Hi everyone, thanks for the welcome. I will be starting my workout log tonight, tomorrow begins my official clean bulk now that we're done with conditioning hell. I look forward to it. Nice to have a lot of the sea peeps here too
