Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Basic info about me - Age: 17 Height: 6'1" Weight: ~140-145 (yes, very skinny) I'm pretty new to all of this, heh. I've been lifting weights since about December of 2006, and I've gone from not being able to bench 90 pounds to maxing at 170. I've also gained about 15 pounds since then. The only supplements I use are NO-xplode or creatine monohydrate pre workout, and a mass-gaining protein shake after workout. The only reason I really started working out was because I thought I was too skinny (I still think this), and all I really ever wanted to gain out of it was a few more pounds, and now it's a bit of an addiction. It's something to do with my free time ![]() click me < only picture I have right now... |

I added almost 60lbs to my frame during my freshman/sophmore years of college. Now is the time to learn the right habits and train smarter -- it will pay dividends when you reach my age ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | 60? Damn. I'm looking to add somewhere between 30 and 40 right now. I think 170-185 would be a decent natural weight for my frame, and I don't really want to go any heavier than 190. |

I was about your weight 140 but at 5'9" when I started and now I'm around 190 and still think I need a bit more size..lol. It's fun though and there are far worse things to be addicted to then building a better body. Good luck with your journey and we'll see how you feel when your 185. ![]() | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 222 | Hey glad to have you here. I gained a solid 45 lbs between sophomore and junior year of high school eating 4500 cals a day and lifting twice daily, so keep after that eating man. It is a pain in the butt, but totally worth it...if you have a Lion's Choice or Arby's near you they will become your best friends when you're out and about. ![]()
