Hello, first time on this forum. I am looking forward to lurking about learning more about your likes and dislikes. If I may right off the bat I would like to ask a question. I am currently using a few BSN products and would like to know if anyone is using or has used them and what you thought. The products are what BSN calls its Mass Stack of Nitrix, NO-Xplode and CellMass. I love the NO-Xplode and the CellMass but am not totally sure why I am taking the Nitrix. I am also of course taking protein supps and working out like mad. Thanx.

Welcome aboard. I love NO-Xplode...Cell Mass is okay IMO. I just recently switched from the Xplode to Super Pump 250. So far, Xplode has the edge.

Thanx Ninja. Good to hear some feed back on the NO-X and Cellmass. The more I think about it I think I am going to stop the Nirtix after this bottle is gone and see if it effects my training. I can see that there is a lot of information on this forum; I wish I had found it along time ago. I think I will move this question to the supp section.

What are your goals? To bulk up/cut up/what?

Goals…. Well that has changed dramatically over time. I was looking back in my workout log and in 2003 I was a solid 147lbs. Not real impressive for a 6’0” guy but at the time I was arm wrestling competitively and I was doing very well in the under 154 weight class, in fact well enough to go pro. So my training at that time was strictly strength. In early 05 I quit pulling and started bulking up. Today I am 172 but I have been doing it the hard way. I take my supps as you can tell from the note above but I am not a huge eater. I did for about 3 months eat like crazy and watched everything I ate. I will admit it was very hard to keep up and I started slipping and fell off but I did see gains. Today I do my best to eat right but still have trouble with the quantity thing. To make up for it I take a protein shakes to fill in the gaps. Not the most effective I am learning as I explore this site. So my goal finally is to be a lean 185 and cut. I figure I picked up about 10lbs in 05, I can pick up 10 this year if I apply my self. I just want to feel good and fill out my t-shirt nicely. The gym it self is a goal for me as well. For myself it is “ME TIME” and I really enjoy cranking up my iPod and challenging myself.
