Hey, I registered a while back and have lurked here for a little while. I post every once in a while on bb.com

I just started bulking again. I had to lay off the "heavy training" due to health issues, but have still been lifting consistently. I'm hoping to compete in the IMPC and to get my strength back to/past where it was 3-6 months ago.

That's great you managed to keep up your lifting, even if you had to go lighter for a while. Your strength will come back in no time.
