Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Thanks all for the many warm welcomes. Here's a little background info on me. I'm 28 y/o 6'4 @ 202. I've been interested in bodybuilders and training since the age of 13 at least. Trained on and off for years although I had no idea of what I was doing. Started training seriously about two years ago with a little bit of knowledge about nutrition and exercise and I've managed to go from 160lbs to 202lbs in about 1 1/2 years training naturally. Currently I work as a prison foodservice supervisor and as a cook on my 2nd job while attending grad for teaching. I'm nowhere near satisfied with my current stats and plan to really step things up once I change careers and get my life in order. :bier: |
