Taking a moment to say hello and introduce myself. I have been bodybuilding for just over 3 years after many years of rugby, soccer and middle distance running. Decided I wanted to go in a different direction and try and put some meat on my bones. I have been "invited" here after leaving that "other" bb site's O/35 boards (Gunn27), I bailed out after the boards became more of a source of frustration than I could tolerate.

I have been working towards my first competition, however a trap muscle tear in August derailed those plans somewhat. I am now fully back to training hard with mass gain my primary goal.

I hope to post in the 30+ section, and perhaps run my training journal there, I already see quite a few names I recognize. :clapping:
