Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | Hey folks! I will now be acting as a supplements.net rep. While I am here, I hope to further my knowledge about nutrition, training and supplementation. Now, Just a little about me: I am 19 years old, 6 feet tall, at about 195 pounds right now. The road here has not been easy however. When I was 17, I was weighing in at about 230 with 30+ %BF. I decided to take control of my life, and began eating healthy. Unfortunately, I practically starved myself down to 160 and looked and felt awful. Since then, I have started lifting (I have only been lifting for 1 year to this date!!), eating very clean, and putting quality mass on. I love the bodybuilding lifestyle more than anything to be quite honest. I feel that am I a better person because of the this lifestyle. I do very well in school. I am a freshman at Georgetown University, studying Health Care Management and Policy. I have a GREAT girlfriend who I have been with for over 2 years, I have a great group of friends, and an amazing family. I hope to stay on this path for the rest of my life and this is just the start. 1 year down....MANY MANY more to go. Just a friendly hello. You better get used to me, because I will be around...A lot!! Bryant Hayes. |
