I've been lifting for a little under 2 years, but only for a year or so being serious. I recently started Max-OT earlier this week. I hope it'll work out alright.

by the way, Max-OT is one of my favorite training ideologies. hella effective for adding lots of strength.

Welcome bro, judging by you saying Hails i'm going to assume that you're more of a 'real metalhead' (no one take offense to that please, i'm simply using it as a term for him, not to make a statement to anyone else) and I reckon you'll find yourself getting along well with myself, therock, builtbeast, zeke, nergal, and one other off hand but I cannot recall his name at this moment. just look in the what are you listening to section, you'll be able to spot them all quickly.

there are a few posters here who don't listen to any mallcore stuff, no worries.
