I am your typical male. By that I mean I get in shape than screw it all up and gain all the weight I lost. I am 6' tall and about 215lbs. I relize i need to get back into shape because when I got married 2 years ago i was 190lbs. I know what exersizes i need to do but if anyone has any supplemnt suggestions I am willing to listen. I have tried Lean System 7 with good results, but I want to know what else is out there.

Welcome, you'll get some great ideas just by surfing around here. I am on the other end of the scale, so I wont be much help. I will be looking around the gym for the 10lbs you are going to lose. Good luck to you bro.

Welcome to IronMass Travis! As far as supplement suggestions you can find tons of great combo's here that have worked wonders for different people. Personally I had great results with the Designer Supplements combo of Basic Cut's and Melting Point. You can find my log in the Sponsered Supplement Logs forum. Cheers
