Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 130      |  Guess i should make a small intro Been a member here for a few months but only just started posting like last night  anyways im 18, started the whole fitness thing when i was 16. lost 80lbs or so then, went from 260 to 180 in about 6 months and now im 273lbs (according to my last weigh in) over a year later of bulking and lifting. trying to cut down to the 240-250 range to see what i got and if i need to cut more or start a bulk / maintain again. anyways, time for chest / lats / shoulders / tris / cardio  :flowers:
