well, i have been training off and on since 89. more off than on really. I competed in 1 powerlifting meet in 1992 and placed 2nd in the mens open 198lbs class. Then in 2000 I competed in a Natural bodybuilding show and placed 3rd in mens novice and in mens open.

My training was placed on hold for several years due to 3 knee surgeries. I finally found my fire and got back into it. I entered a Transformation contest on bodybuilding.com, it ends March 31st. I hope to win 1st of course! lol

My goals now are just to keep the body fat off and train, look as good as i can. Maybe do a nice long lean bulk and do a show next summer. I need more size in my legs and arms.

We'll be up in Kansas City again this year on June 30th for the NPC Kansas City Bodybuilding Championships / Kim Seeley Fitness Classic.

lol well. i dunno. i just got here and dont really know what the IMPC is just yet. I would love to enter any contest though. Reason being it keeps me on track and keeps me from going back to chineese buffets! lol So is this IMPC an online contest or what?

Not sure if you found the thread but yeas it's an online physique competition running from April to Nov. It's a great way to keep you away from chinese!

Really? awesome! how do i apply or enter? this will keep me strict, i will be bulking but its a cut/bulk. its a more calorie version of my cut, the gains are slow but steady and lean.
