Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0  |  Greetings All!! Well, here I go. I am a long time lurker here. Have read alot of good information coming from the knowledgable people here. I am 46 years young. I used to lift alot in high school and college. After I got into the real world I lifted sporadically. I also do to this day, calesthenics (body weight) exercises. I am in pretty good shape right now but looking to improve. Stats, I am 5'7", weight is between 180 and 190. I varies depending on what I eat. I have a pretty decent diet. I do have the occasional pizza. Looking forward to talking and reading more here. Ciao!  |
