Welcome to IronMass, I was wondering when universal was gonna have a rep on the boards.

Storm and Shock Therapy are both solid products, IMO storms probably one of the best cell volumizers out there, especially for the price. plus the taste reminds me of koolaid

Thanks playa... That is my life bro--uncut and uncensored. Plus I take my writing seriously, so it is nice when you hear that somebody appreciates it. There is a ton of good content on Animalpak.com, the first time I went there I read for hours.

So I am assuming that is you in the picture, looking hyuge. I have to say, since I discovered animalpak.com I have been viciously reading it all the time. I love it. A while back I started using animal09 as my screen name for a lot of things along with sky9 as my name for all the boards I go to. This was before I ever read anything on animalpak.com. Now after reading some of the stuff on the site, I feel proud to have that as my name for things. I guess what Im trying to say is that the intensity that is transmitted through you, and others, writing on that website is one of true motivation, dedication, and pride.......I love it.

Some people just get it bro, and you definitely get it. It is a community, where we share knowledge and experience. It is about making the most of the potential each of us have within. That is the point of The Journey, now that I mention it, that is supposed to be the point of bodybuilding, taking what you've got and making it bigger and better. A positive, supportive, hardcore atmosphere... In the same spirit as what you guys have going on here at IronMass. Peace, G

I couldnt have said it better myself. I lift in a little town outside Philly called Conshohocken in a "dungeon training" sort of gym. This is the exact opposite of an LA Fitness or Gold's Gym. The weights are beat up and have scares, just as people do, from a life worthy of story telling. I've only been at this gym for a couple months. The people there are basically each others family outside of family. They have been real accepting of me from the start and I now feel like one of the family. Its really motivational to be able to just look at someone, without saying a word, and have them come over an spot you when you need it. Not the little pussy "come on", but a real, gut wrenching voice telling you to "PUSH IT UP!!!" and in that moment, nothing else in the world matters except you and the iron in your palms. It might be one of the greatest feelings I have ever experienced and Im finally getting to that level in my training. Just writing this I cant wait to lift today after work. I am actually placing an order from the site right now for a summer scully, tee shirt, and car sticker. If you see it come through, know that this is my little Christmas present to myself, provided by the most hardcore company I have encountered yet.

My new description for you guys:
"True motivation through words lies in www.animalpak.com"

Luke

Thanks for sharing, bro. Those are the best gyms--the mom and pop type... Old school, simple, basic. I mean, I'm not knocking the upscale gyms, they have their advantages. In my book, all that really matters is the fact that someone trains seriously and consistently. But the big gains are made in the dungeons. That is where the freaks are born... Think of Dorian and Ronnie--they train(ed) in hell holes to become Mr O. The bottom line is your mentality and frame of mind... Your attitude will make or break you, regardless of your surroundings.

BTW, I went to college in Philly and lived in Manayunk... Good to have another Philly cat in the house. Peace, G
