G’Day everyone

I’ll introduce myself my name is Big Rev and I am from Canberra Australia
I’m 35 6’ currently 214lbs
My history
A few years ago I got tendonitis or RSI in the wrists it got so bad that I could not turn a door knob to open a door which lead to my sitting on my arse doing nothing lifestyle and the inevitable weight gain , Yep became a fatty I when from 195lbs to 245lbs
I started my rehab 18 months ago with 1lb dumbbells (yes that’s one pound ) boy did I get some weird looks lifting that heavy weight at the gym LOL but the day I was waiting for came and I could lift without the stabbing pain running up my arms and now I am addicted to bodybuilding I can lift 65lb dumbbells now (yay) and I’m down to 214lbs
My first goal is to drop my body fat get some strength and lose my gut
My Interest other than body building are Muscle cars I have a 1969 HT Holden Monaro which is similar to a Camaro

Welcome to the site bro! You don't have any pictures of those bright pink 1lb dbs do ya? lol. I was curling the 10lb barbell at the gym the other day and some guy actually laughed out loud at me

Hey Big Rev... welcome to IronMASS...

I know Holden is GM of Australia... I was just curious if the '69 you have is identical to the '69 Camaro's we know and love here in the states??

Are their values about the same too??

Yes Holden are the GM cars They have small block chevs 327 or 350 from factory and prices have gone up heaps lately $25,000 to $75,000 AUD depending on what it has
My car has a 400 chev powerglide 9" diff runs 10.4 1/4 mile
