Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Outside of the fact that your photo is pure beuaty, do you have any pictures of you that can display you physique front and back so we can help with what you might want to work on? Otherwise you'll just get a lot of comments on how awesome that photo is without any help ![]() Sporto

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hi Tommy, yeah good point! You can see my bodyspace profile here: Bodybuilding.com - surf_bella's BodySpace I took up weight training seriously two months prior to all these photos being taken to enter the Flex Online Comp. But due to my inexperience I overtrained, my metabolism went thru the roof, I lost about 10 pounds and ended up being way too lean and lost some muscle too. If you see my before pic in my profile from Oct 2007 you can see my natural shape. Although I was a little dissapointed I learnt a lot and now have a professional trainer who worked with an ex-Mr. Columbia for many years. My program now is very different, training 3 days a week only, resting and eating a lot. Since those photos I have put on about 8 pounds and grown 1 inch in my thighs, hips, waist and chest and 1/2 inch in my arms and calves. We are going for a kind of Timea Majorova look. The is the high level background information. I really appreciate any advice regarding my training and also what category/organisation I might be best suited to compete in. Thank you so much! Belinda |

(Not to say that you need to work on anything at all, but I think we can all understand the desire to constantly improve.) surf_bella / Timea cross ... look out! ![]() That's gonna be something to see. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I would highly recommend going the figure route as opposed to the bodybuilding route...ESPECIALLY if you plan on continuing to model. They have completely different looks, and I know the organization I'm a pro in - the IFPA - has disallowed crossovers for females to compete in both for that very reason. Do a little looking around online to look at the differences between the looks and you'll see what I mean. The shape you are in now, you won't have to do a whole lot to compete in figure and do really well. Sporto
