Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hi, Im extremely new to this forum and havent lurked like I would usually as Im hoping I can find some answers/get started on a plan as soon as possible... Im 4'10'' I weigh 118lbs I weighed 154lbs in sept 05, I lost these 36lbs due to eating healthier and creating a deficit I joined a gym in Dec but didnt really attend after about a week as my bicycle was stolen from outside and I became to busy with uni and work. Over the last couple of weeks I started back at the gym and had a reassment that revealed I lost 6% in body fat since dec but have 38%BF!! and I made sure the bloke doing my reassessment at the gym showed me some weight machines, one is a seated leg press, and two others for arms/back or chest. Even though Im never going to have a super star body I want to make of the most of mine and I know everyone wants a quickfix, but I want to see an much as a result as possible for 2months time when I go on holiday, I wont be able to wear a bikini of anything, but at least look ok in a swimsuit. eventually I want 15%BF to be stronger & defined. The people at the gym are kind of contradicting. any advice is welcomed |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Hey I tried to give a helping hand in your thread on the fat loss board. Welcome to the site angeleyezx! People at the gym will always be contradicting, and I advocate taking the advice of the people on this board who have silver, gold, or bold blue names. Try not to stay on the machines, and try to make your way over to the free weight section That is where the battles of your war will be fought, and that is where you will taste victory.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Welcome to the site! First off are you positive your 38% bf? Considering your weight that would mean your only around 72 pounds of bones organs and muscle. Even at your height that seems unlikely. I would have that retaken or if you have any pics you can post I'm sure we can get a ballpark estimate. Anyway nice to have you here. Cheers ![]() |

| Soldier In Progress | welcome to the site angeleyez! i agree, my "first" mistake I ever "made" was listenning to the people at the gym ... I'd change my routine weekly due to who I listened to that week

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hi, well I can believe its 38% as Im all flabby but it was a the gym with one of those hand held, arms straight out in from of you things. I was 46% at Dec, I was a higher weight back then. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I did post a thread about losing fat in the fatloss subforum. I am dubious about posting pics of myself (I have some of me, front, back side ina sports bra and sleep shorts to compare eventually) but I think Id die if anyone else saw them, I guess its a triumph for me to get down to 118lbs from 154lbs last sept, but its really disheartening to not get/make a half way decen bosy in the process. I recieved some food advice in the other thread I made, which will hopefully help, but I really want a obvious improvement for 2months time, do you think im gonna get that? |
