course i have to add that i wasnt eating BFL style...only doing the workouts...at that time i was eating atkins style.... but i soon discovered how important the diet end of the training was so i reintroduced carbs into my life..... it was a difficult transition for me honestly...i gained 30lbs at first, but i am now slowly losing that 30lbs again and am feeling positive! make no mistake here...im still FAT (212lbs)...but BFL changed my life for the better and contributed to me starting lifting and falling in love with it! i no longer to BFL...i do 4 day splits etc etc...and switch things up every 3 weeks to every few months depending on how i feel.....im a true believer in keeping my body guessing....but i might just go back and do another challenge one of these days and follow a strict BFL eating plan too...maybeeeee...hahahaa...nevah know with me though....im iffy...hahahaa | |
