Default Body for Life

New member here. Just finished my 1st Body for Life Challenge and am starting #2. I've lost 16 lbs so far, now I'm looking to build muscle. I would love feedback on my before and after pics (scrolldown the page a bit) fuzzyelfone.blogspot.com/
I would also love any recipes you might want to send me for posting on my site. Nice to meet you all!

well i cant say as to how much BF i lost....i never went and had it tested ( i was so embarrassed to be so huge)....but i can say this....i weighed 275lbs then and by the end of my 3 challenges i weighed approximately 100lbs less! amazing huh?

course i have to add that i wasnt eating BFL style...only doing the workouts...at that time i was eating atkins style....

but i soon discovered how important the diet end of the training was so i reintroduced carbs into my life.....

it was a difficult transition for me honestly...i gained 30lbs at first, but i am now slowly losing that 30lbs again and am feeling positive! make no mistake here...im still FAT (212lbs)...but BFL changed my life for the better and contributed to me starting lifting and falling in love with it!

i no longer to BFL...i do 4 day splits etc etc...and switch things up every 3 weeks to every few months depending on how i feel.....im a true believer in keeping my body guessing....but i might just go back and do another challenge one of these days and follow a strict BFL eating plan too...maybeeeee...hahahaa...nevah know with me though....im iffy...hahahaa

you can always make up your own routine yanno...it doesnt have to be BFL pyramid style...unless you want it to be. i find that switching things up often really keeps my body guessing and it never has time to get used to the routine....course there are also people who feel like you should stick with something if its working for you yanno? dont fix it if it aint broke...hahhaa

there are all kinds of workouts out there that would suit your needs dude....what exactly are you looking for? and what are your goals?

well, i dunno what "pyaramid style" even refers to...that's how much I don't know....I know you should change your routine or your body gets used to it, but I dunno how to change it so that I'm not doing too little or too much...my goals...hmmm...I want to get down to a low enough body fat that you can see a six pack and I want all this cheese off my butt LOL
