Hey folks, how's it going?

I was referred here by BB2K, a long time friend of these forums and fellow AXhole. So I guess at this point you want me to say something about myself. Ok, here's some bits of random silliness...

Height 6'4"
Weight 326lbs.

I've never played any kind of sports, but began lifting in college from about 1998 to 2001. After school, I had to stop so I could join the "real world" and get my shiznit straight. I started back up last April and have been rolling hard ever since! I do it not for competition or sport, but for me. I want to be better, feel better, and be healthier. I've overweight and not very nicely cut or anything. I'm just your overall big guy with an iron addiction! I'm no bodybuilder by any means. I'd make a terrible powerlifter, too. But I'd probably be one of your best friends when it came time to move into a new house, help get your car out of a ditch, or carry that big stone from one side of the yard to another!!

I workout 3-4 times each week after work. My diet is simple, but varied. I watch what I eat, but after a few bites, it's usually gone from sight! I try to eat clean and only cheat once or twice a week. I don't do much fast food, so I guess that's a good start already! I have a doctorate in BBQ - so says the framed certificate on my office wall.

I've got a wife and a dog, but the dog is by far more interesting. He's a 6 month old 90lb Great Dane named Maximus. He's full-blooded, black with some little white patches on his chest and front paws. We're registering him with the AKC under "Midnight's Subtle Fury". He's a big baby, but a very very awesome companion, guard dog, and member of the family. My wife is about 5'-nuthin. This past year, she's modified her diet through portion control and lost nearly 40lbs just making better choices. I'm very proud of her for that. She said something about dropping from a size 16 to a size 8 - I'm guessing that's a good thing? HA!! I love 'em both to death.

I've got a teaching degree for secondary education, social sciences, but work in local government doing PR work, education, and publication/web design. It's the county's recycling office, and eventhough I'm way too young to be a friggin hippie, I still enjoy what I do. I like kids - all 15,000+ I have to speak to every year. They're also quite tasty with the appropriate seasoning.

I'm not a rep for anyone, but I do muchly prefer Anabolic Xtreme - not just for their outstanding products, but for the folks on their forum who've made me feel right at home since I first signed on there. I've got lots of friends in the AX crew, and I don't think there's anyone there who hasn't heard of me. Hell, with as much as I post, there better not be!!

Oh, forgot to mention. I'm wordy at times. My posts can be long, and are often opinionated. I'll try to mind my manners, but ya never know what I'm going to throw up next. Have fun reading, and I'll hope to have fun interacting with all of you.

I had a Great Dane..fun dogs. I have 2 11 month old brindle English Mastiffs. Both holding at 125lbs..daddy was 280 so they have a way to go. Great strength and cardio training tools. Malaki registered name is HD's Rolling thunder and Jack is HD's Screaming Eagle..as you can tell I'm a Harley D fan!!
