Recently joined IronMass (have several mods here who are old friends of mine)...good to meet everyone. Below is an old pics thread of mine from bb.com when I haunted that site under this same screenname (also has some cool candids I took with Dorian Yates, Mike Matarazzo and King Kamali at an NOC competition in Manhattan). AnthonyGoldsGym Pics - Bodybuilding.com Forums I was in my late 20's/early 30's then...some years have passed but the gym is still my second home. The two pics I've attached are from my "heyday" (the Gold's Gym tank/sunglasses) and the other one is from summer of 2006. Yeah, Rocky VI (sorta) inspired me to give one major push to try to resemble my 2002 pics. I sure ain't doing it at 60. My right shoulder has been all screwed up (osteolysis) for years so I'll probably have to suck it up and get arthroscopic surgery if I want to train for the next decade or two. FOr now all I need is Lethal and Testosticles to piss me off enough for gym fuel and I'm all set! Sure is hard keeping the BF down at 37, I'll tell you that much...at least with my genetics. Different ballgame back from my bb.com days. I've just kept up with my training, nutrition, etc. during my 5-year absence...haven't browsed the mags or anything; don't even know who won the Olympia during that stretch. I gotta get properly re-immersed in the whole BB world again, you know... | |
