| IMPC Contestant | What's up everyone! My friend Davtown told me about the site and upcoming competitions in April and I thought I would check it out! I started lifting around 2000-2001-until about 2004-(weight training class/football & Wrestling practice) but took a two year break after high school and gained over 100 pounds. I blame my ex-girlfriend, lol just kidding. In July of 2006 I was at my heaviest weight at 315lbs- In late August of 2006 I decided to do something about my extreme and blatant disregard for fitness and nutrition and started eating properly, lifting regularly, doing yoga*(01/07), running, & training in Muay Thai & Brazilean Jiu-Jitsu*- (01/07)- It is now March '07- It has been a little over six months and i'm weighing in at 250lbs- That's about 65lbs in 6 months which I feel is decent progress- Not to mention i'm alot stronger than I was six months back, so I've gotten lighter, and stronger; yay me! My target weight is 185lbs, and i'd like to reach it by March 22, 2008- I welcome any questions and i'm looking forward to seeing what you guys are eating, and how you're lifting, etc..- I plan to enter the "Most improved Physique" competition- and I plan to win! I'm stoked to be part of a community of like minded individuals, and hopefully i'll be able to learn or offer my experience up! Hazzah! Augusto Carrillo |

Body Fat %- x/(x-10%) Hmm, In retrospect, I guess I have to start lower body lifting- but Muay Thai and running is a good leg workout too... :box: |

| IMPC Contestant | I started squatting tonight- only did 8 reps/4 sets @ 135 because I haven't squatted in like 4 years, but then I ran an hour on the treadmill so I was feeling it-
