Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 33 | welcome......dont talk down on yourself, it destroys you self-confidence...just get back in the gym and start hitting things hard again, you will easily regain the muslce you lost because of muscle memory...if you need any help just ask

| Pink Members | dude....i too let myself go when i was really progressing nicely....ive gone down the "put myself down" road and it only makes me feel worse....its been 3 whole days that my eating has been spot on and workouts have been strong but i feel a THOUSAND times better......my suggestion would be that you simply hop back on the bandwagon and get to the gym! it makes a WORLD of difference!! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | thanks everyone for your support and i know you are all right. i just need to get back to the gym, and then i know i will be back into it, my main problem has been not accepting bodybuilding as a main part of my life. i need to say to myself that it is a big part of my life and i need to embrace it, i do so many other sports i seem that i dont want to do weight lifting because i am enjoying them too much, but i know if i just get back a few times to the gym i know i can fall in love with it again. i keep saying, i will definately go tomorrow, and i never do. i wake up at 11 am everyday and i just feel tired and lazy, but if i get up early in the morning like at 5am i feel great and go for a jog and jog to the gym and work out. thats what i used to do, but because it has been school holidays i have become very lazy and just zonked out. tomorow im waking up at 5am, having a huge protein breakfast and then run to the gym and get back home and shower and be ready for the day. MAN I BETTER DO IT ! now im just ranting haha, ok well ill tell you all if i can get back into it. also im 16 6'1 93kgs but i was 89kg and really solid before my slump i actually probably put on more like 4-5kgs of fat and lost a kilo of muscle. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 68 | You will be fine once you get back.. you just have to set yourself a routine.. and make yourself do it at first.. and then it will be just something you do.. and like second nature to you... I have faith in you.. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | If your having trouble getting started just do something easy to start. Say first day back just do squats. 4 sets of 10 and your done in 10 mins. Next day just do one exercise for shoulders etc... After a week add a second exercise and so on until your back into a full routine. Starting small is easy but it will help you transition back into it and won't take up much time. |
