nutrition.. after a week of cutting i noticed how dumb i was previously thinking these insane amounts of foods mean building more musle, i thought more food more muscle. i have to admit i was pretty crazy and dumb, id spend most of my day eating (4500-5500 cals) and id lose alot of the fun in life, which i already regret alot... its all in your freaking head, im on 2600 cals and im losing weight fast (14lbs lost total) yet im hitting prs all the time, i feel like having more energy throughout the day (while on 150g carbs, 60g fat), and im getting more chicks numbers in a day than I would normally in 2 weeks.. as long as you get a sufficient amount of protein (varies from person to person, 1-1,5 is usually sufficient, id go a bit higher if youre cutting and on low carb/fat) and some EFAs and post/pre workout carbs youre set... the more you get obsessed with a diet which makes voices in the back of your head saying "how the hell are you going to do all that" youre gonna get stressed, miss out alot of fun and your test levels go down, cortisol up.. i know ill never do massive bulks again, just have something like 2-3 carbup days (over 600g for me :P ) a week..
the more you like what you do the better success youll have. i doubt anyone loves stuffing themselves until they feel sick while forgetting other activities in life.
ill probably write tons more about how ive changed my nutrition theories the last 3 weeks, i gotta go eat for now

109, lucky you, I am flat footed and I have a hard time running for extended periods of time (I can do sprints and do them well!). Do you just jog on a treadmill or jog around your neighborhood?

If it makes you cry, do it. Like waxing your pubes. Nothing builds mass like things that make you cry.
