| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Although swimming has not been a proven method of losing weight, due to many theories, I think swimming is a great way of improved your body and your self esteem. First getting in front of people at the beach or pool takes some balls sometimes, but doing it is half the battle. Getting in the pool vitalizes muscles all over, and are an outstanding shoulder workout. **Many feel that swimming increases hunger, and may alter hormones in the body to make you want to eat more.

| Soldier In Progress | Hiking, hell yeah. We've got hundreds of marked trails in our area and summertime, grab a can of bugspray and a good pair of boots and hike your ass as far back as you can camp out and come back in. Granted it's not the "best" thing for bodybuilders, but for the average joe looking to stay in the best shape they can without having to buckle down like we do -- I'd say taking a good hike once or twice a week is definately one of the best things a person can do.

| Pro Stature | There's tons of stuff possible but I'll list what I do. Basketball- summertime is best to play and only in ghetto parks where the good ass ghetto kids are at. Swimming- IMO best cardio exercise since it works the whole body. I swim 1-2 hours a day in the summer. I have to start going to a public indoor swimming area for other seasons though. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Bike riding! I think it's fun to go on long rides to the city (manhattan). I live in brooklyn, so many people might not know about this sport, but paddleball! YES it's so much fun and it involves skill, speed, and reaction time. You also need some balls (pun intended). |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Easily, the best exercise to stay in shape during the summer is Jumproping. Did you know that 20 minutes of JRoping burns as many calories as running for an hour! I also find that jumproping is much more effective at developing cardiovascular endurance. Also it develops explosive power in the calves. When I was playing bball everyday, I used to Jrope and got mad hops for a white boy, my personal best record for my vertical jump was at 27"! I highly recommend J-roping as it is less time consuming and very beneficial.

| Pro Stature | Bump to jump rope. It's awesome. Ever since I joined boxing, I have to jumprope everyday. My favorite cardio ever especially because it brings up the calves real good (for me atleast) and it never gets boring; you can always do something different in variation. |
