| Pro Stature | Definitely biking for me. For starters, I love being out in the sun on my bike and riding around. Benefits - Less stress on joints, knees, and shins than I would normally get from running. Definitely a great cardio workout if you push yourself. I feel that biking helps me with speed a bit too, just the work on the hammies I would guess, I'm not sure exactly why but I've always felt faster when I've been biking regularly.
