Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 95 | A few ways to look at this question. If you get a lot of vegetables from your diet eating a few cups a day, I would say opt for some type of a cell volumizer especially if you an intermediate lifter. But if your new to bodybuilding and have under 6 months of serious lifting and good diet, I would get the multivitamin. How ever you look at it I guess. Don't really need fish oils if you can get most of your healthy fats from extra virgin olive oil and won't need to buy a multivitamin, but it would cost a lot less to get the vitamins. Either way you break it down I guess. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | 1. Creatine 2. multi Aside from whey and maltodextrin, this is all you need. (you don't even need the multi if you eat enough fruits/veggies)

I don't know why, it made the most sense. With the exception of creatine, if you can buy it over the counter, you probably just wasted your money and I would include multivitamins with that. | ||

| Amateur | I think glutamine is probably one of the best after protein. I agree that if you eat enough veggies you won't need a multi... but taking one doesn't hurt anyway. I use: protein: (egg, whey, whey isolate) multi glutamine glucosamine condroitin (for my joints) flax seed oil (for omega 3's) |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Enzymes and probiotics. Creatine. Other than that, X-factor. ![]() I'm serious about the probiotics though. NOW Foods has a good one that powdered... 110 servings for like $15. Very high quality.
