Bioavailability. You get very very VERY little of the orally administered B12.

1. BCAA's
2. multi
3. ZMA
4. anabolic pump
5. liver tabs
6. maltodextrin powder
7. cissus

these are pretty much all i will ever need to take other than protein powder. this is my must buy list! this is pretty much offseason (which is pretty much 85% of the year) now dieting for a show is a whole other story.

out of my list the top three would be anabolic pump, BCAA's, and cissus! i can replace the others pretty much with copius amounts of food.

List the top 5 supplements other than protein every bodybuilder/weightlifter needs. Please give some information and where to find these supplements.

i wont count multi vits and efas cause that is basic nutrition

well depending on your goals

for getting bigger i would say creatine / XPAND , hmb, zma / test enhancer (havent used a test enhancer yut but i love ZMA) bcaa's (i love uni liver) and a preworkout stim

for cutting calcium magnesium is a need but that shouldnt be counted for a supp

any fat burner will do as they are all the same shit, stacked with ephedrine for ultimate results, ive done this with creatine before and it worked well shouldnt take it at the same time though, zma and bcaas

theres a few studies out showing Glucosamine might not be any more effective w/ chondroitin then just chondroitin alone, and glucosamine has also been shown to make you Insulin resistant. Last time I checked thats not a good thing.

Thanks romanaz... I frequent t-nation and missed that article. I can honestly say it hasn't hindered me, but it sure has helped my joints. The amount I need however maybe should be reconsidered?

Yup, I 2nd the Xtend, pretty good and a nice pump. As far as supps. I only take that, BCAAs, flax, Vit. B, E and C. Everything else is from food, mainly chicken, beef, fruits and veggies.

Consider cycling it in and out as needed instead of using consistantly daily. It's what I do and it works great. Just use it till the pain is gone then drop it.

I say, if you can find condroitin alone, get that. GNC don't sell it anymore, as it doesn't sell much. sad I know

Good advice. It's odd, as I just started taking it 2 months ago for joint soreness. I do know that it builds up over time, so cycling it will prevent getting too much of it.

I too love Xtend. Haven't tried the watermelon, but really love the grape flavor. In fact, time for some.

Haven't seen Chondroitin sold by itself.
