Lol, well to be 100% honest here (seriously ;p) i'm my own ideal physique. Now don't get me wrong, I don't think there isn't a single guy out there who looks better than me, it's just that I don't compair myself to bodybuilders I am a fan of. For example, I love Dexter Jackson, but I never compair myself to him in order to see how big I am or anything. I compair myself to myself, and I am very very happy with my body right now. I don't think its better than anyone elses or worse, just very happy with it if that makes any sense. And I still do want to improve, but at the same time I couldn't be happier with where I am at right now.

This is from bb.com a while ago. Hope it works. That is ideally what I want to do. I think I may be able to come close. I like Pudz and Dan G. but I will be realitic and admit I don't have frame that can hold that much muscle.

i dont think i can get like dorian yates and martin, their frame and height is very different to mine. ronnie rockel is as tall as me i think, 167cm. id like to look like him

such awesome physique. so freaking awesome. unbelievable. these guys are walking action figures.
