But when I used them and go off, I started to just deflate alittle, and I didn't like that. ![]() I would say, NO products are good, expensive and you could buy regular food instead. :skie: :weird: | |

| Pro Stature | Personally I think that these supps are too expensive for what they do. Like alot of supps, I think they have an effect but they arent cost-effective. If I did want the effects these supps give, Id prob just stack pure arginine and ornithine with a b-complex anyway. I prefer to make my own stacks (as long as theyre just as effective and cheap). Apart from looking good, there is the question of whether the dilated vessels are able to better perfuse the muscle than just training without it would. This would be of aid during training as more blood = more O2 and nutrients getting into the muscle. Then there is also the question of whether the pump will help you get that dextrose/creatine mix into the muscles faster at the workout end. Perhaps though, if your muscles are so highly perfused then just perhaps less blood is available to carry the pwo nutrients from the gut. This would make the absorption actually slower, although it might be nominal.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I tried it, yeah my muscles looked 1.2% bigger for about 3 hours, then went back to normal. Never got any gains from it. Occasionally I will take some pure arginine and hit the gym just to do it. Not worth the money by far.

| New Member | NO products are a great products, though they are extremly over priced. Home made versions work just as good and can be made at a fraction of the cost. When I've been on NO I have great pumps, my vascualarity is insane, though ironicly I think it makes me yawn a lot(would anyone know if theres a connection to this?). Another thing is that most people who take NO, only take on bottle at a time, when in reality one bottle usually only lasts around 20 days. I stayed on NO for a full 40 days and I saw increaseing affects until the last day. For NO to work correctly you need to have money. Go out and make a homemade version, take it for 40 days and you'll be surprised at the results. -BigNorg-

It is the purest form of protien on the market, has the quickest absorbtion rate, has NO after taste, and is one of the cheapest on the market. I honestly can back this product 110% it is absolutley amazing. Use my cupon code and get an additional 5% off, LST793 . www.***********.com |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Honestly, I don't care about the pumps that it gives you, but it did help my recovery time. I stopped using NO products because in my mind they were just too expensive for what they do. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | I have tried BSN Nitrix, PrimaForce NitroCharge, LMR Sports Blue Nitrous...They all gave good pumps. NitroCharge and BN gave decent endurance gains but that was about it, I never gained anything noticable from these. So I would have to say for me arginine products do nothing for me except giving me better pumps and a little endurance. MAN BodyOctane (not really an NO product, more of a carnisone booster/endurance product) has Citrulline Malate and that seemed to give me great pumps, recovery, endruance, reduce bodyfat, and helped with strength gains too. Although I cannot credit all of that to Cirtulline Malate. After I use my last bottle of BO I am going to just buy bulk CM and use that with BCAA's and see how it performs compared to BO/BCAA. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | I haven't used them myself but I had a friend use them and he loved the pumps. He put on some weight and stength but as soon as he finished he lost all the gains. Doesn't seem worth the cost for a temporary gain. |
