Default vanwilders review on liquid speed and muscle milk

i tried out liquid speed today by dymatize stacked with my xpand. it was incredible. i was very focused in the gym, had a sudden burst of energy that has last for about 3 hours now. the taste was ok, not the best, but it certainly did the trick. It was def different than an ec stack, i had a different kind of energy. i did sweat a little more in the gym today. as well when i got home my i did not want to eat as i was so wired. i took double the dosage your supposed to for the first time, a full bottle instead of 1/2 a bottle. now personally i would not pay for the actualy product in sotre. i got samples. but of course i have no idea howthe fat burning is because i only used it once.

muscle milk was really good, strong taste and mixed well. i give it a good review. i personally would not buy it, its expensive and you can get protein a lot cheaper than this product. well at least its expensive where i live and the portion sizes are huge.

sorry my english is poor in this review im so wired still i cant concentrate.

ok so i took it again today. this stuff is insane. i had such a great workout. the only thing i did not like is i got soo jittery that i oculd not talk to anyone. im am not hungry and i really felt my body heat up when taking this product. in the 2 days i lost 4 lbs already. i def see a difference in my bodys look in the mid section.

i htink the only downer to this product is that the taste is not that great.

i give it a 8/10

negatvie, always with the xpand, i swear though i get more energy from this than an e/c day althought i havent done that in a while. i sitll get the huge pumpes as well

i got they from a friend that got them from popeyes with his xpand

next week im sampling liquid amp'd

if you check out my log they are all there. for me i dont even really think about it, i just do what ever i want. im trying to put the weight up every week as well, so i get what i get. the pump is like automatically there, any rep range.
